Can YOU do a one-day challenge? Should we not think bigger than 30 days, 2-weeks etc? Life is a challenge and it doesn’t stop after 30 days or 2-weeks. Eating more vegetables, engaging in physical activity on a daily basis, being kind to others, positively affirming your being, should not be short-term goals. Forget your 30 Day Challenge, these things should be lifestyle goals.
They should involve forever.

Challenge yourself to be the one that initiates positive changes in your circle. Develop a network of people around you that support that. Trust me, life will bring you challenges along the way. However, when you find ways to truly live more authentically in health, in wealth, in being…that my friend is sustainable.
